Stan Hywet: Visitor Experience Director

The Visitor Experience Director is a full-time leadership position reporting to the President & Executive Director. The role oversees all aspects of the visitor experience, including admissions, ticketing, visitor services, group sales, retail, and café operations. The Director leads efforts to deliver exceptional hospitality while advancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) to ensure a welcoming, inclusive experience for all visitors. This position requires a collaborative, results-driven leader committed to outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
