Barberton Community Foundation: Director of Community Impact

Barberton Community Foundation is hiring a Director of Community Impact to lead its grantmaking efforts and help advance the Foundation's mission of building a stronger Barberton. The position oversees the grant process from application to award, supports the Grants Committee, develops relationships with nonprofit partners, and measures the impact of the Foundation's investments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full grantmaking process and grant administration.
• Supporting the Grants Committee with materials, analysis, and recommendations.
• Building and maintaining relationships with nonprofit and community partners.
• Monitoring grant performance, outcomes, and compliance.
• Tracking data and reporting on the Foundation's community impact.

Qualifications:

• At least five years of experience in grants administration, nonprofit operations, or program management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working with grant committees or boards preferred.
• Familiarity with Northeast Ohio nonprofits is a plus.

The position offers a starting salary of $75,000, plus health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) match, paid holidays, and paid time off.
