Akron Community Foundation seeks to fund in a variety of basic needs programs such as: food, shelter, and medical treatment programs with the goal of increasing wellness and self-sufficiency.

Past grantees include: ACCESS shelter, Akron Blind Center, Akron-Canton Food Bank, Girls On the Run, and many more.
